Orders over RM 89 ship free within Malaysia. International orders ship free over USD 44. Below those amounts, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Customs and duties on international orders

Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict them and we cannot mark parcels as gifts.

Returns

Unopened items

Return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Email us first so we can give you the return address.

Opened resin

For hygiene reasons we cannot resell opened resin, so opened jars and pouches are not returnable - but tell us anyway if something is wrong with it. We would rather hear about it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund it, including postage. No return needed for damaged resin.

The Ritual Burner

The burner carries a [[ FILL: warranty period ]] warranty against manufacturing defects. If it stops heating, email us with your order number and we will replace it.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within [[ FILL: e.g. 5-10 working days ]] of us receiving the return or approving the claim.
